I have never thought I would get virus infection because I was always very careful when use my laptop until my anti-spyware told me that there was a Trojan:Win32/Tobfy.J in drive C and it let me remove it soon. But after I clicked remove button and restarted my computer, it would still show me the warning. I don’t know what to do.

I think my computer got a Trojan virus. Every time when I try to open my homepage, Chrome would tell me that it would be risky because there was a PSW.Generic10.ANRP virus or PSW.Generic10.CHAT. But I have an anti-virus software installed. Why didn’t it pick it up? I tried some other anti-spyware to remove it many times but Chrome still told me it was there. How can I remove this virus?

I got a report this morning and it told me that there was a Sirefef.gen!C Trojan in drive C. Then I followed the path and found the file and reboot my laptop. But the virus was back! Every time after I removed it and restarted laptop, it’s back! I really don’t know how to clean it!
