Eticosearch.com has become my homepage for a long time which bothers me a lot. Actually this website is not I used to set as my homepage. It just came up once I open my browser several weeks ago. I have tried to change it back to the one that I want, but every time I open my browser, this nasty thing appears instead. I don’t know how to get rid of this thing. Any advice?

My computer is infected by Win32/Sirefef.GC, anti-virus program detects this virus infection when I open a .exe files from USB stick, however, it suggests me remove this Trojan horse manually and I have no idea how to do that.
