How can I completely remove Win32.Agent.Asdgbackdoor virus from my window 8.1 computer? My computer is a new one, but unfortunately when I played a game with my little brother on it yesterday, I saw something just flashing and then disappearing soon, next my computer get stuck for a while. Then next time when I started up computer, antivirus program told me computer is in high risk because of this virus. But after running antivirus to kill it, I find it’s still there. What can I do now? Please help!

Remove Websearch.coolwebsearch.info Hijacker

My computer is attacked by something called Websearch.coolwebsearch.info. I’m not familiar with this stuff as I do know my default homepage used to be famous website. But recently, this weird page controls my browser and I am always redirected to this page when I go online. I tried to change the homepage from the browser settings but no luck. I’m wondering if it is a malicious virus or not, but my security tool shows nothing wrong on my computer. How can I fix this problem?

I got this Win32.shiz.adcnet-worm virus alert from my security program when I turned on the computer this morning. Immediately, I scanned the whole system and deleted all detected items, but I still got the Trojan pop-up message after rebooting the system. What should I do? My computer was in a big mess! Hi, please help me out of this issue. My husband’s computer looks like a little weird. I feel someone takes control his computer sometimes, because I once saw the mouse moved automatically but I cannot stop it. And I also run antivirus program to scan and find Win32.pav.64 is a threat to computer security. How can I locate this Trojan:win32/gleishug on my computer? My security tool didn’t work well on removing this Trojan virus for me so I have to find it manually on my machine. Hello, I want to get some advice about computer.  Well, my son’s web browser runs in a weird way, and I don’t know what happen. Every time when I launch the Internet Explorer, it always comes to Oursurfing.com, but the original homepage is Google search. Just now I run Norton to make a full scanning and find that Trojan:Win64/Sirefef.D is on my computer, and I know it’s a kind of dangerous Trojan virus. But I don’t know how to delete it, because Norton cannot deal with it. Without the help of Norton, I don’t how to start removal. Please help me remove Trojan.Multi.Cerstor.a virus from my computer. My Norton pops up just now to tell me that my computer now is in high risk. I guess this should be due to pop-up from a strange website yesterday when I clicked on something unknown. Now I have not figured out a way to remove this virus, as my Norton cannot help me delete it. Is the version of my Norton not the super one to deal with stubborn virus?
