Hey, I am frustrated now. I have advanced antivirus program on computer, but there is still Trojan horse called MalSign.Generic.6BB getting on it. And my antivirus cannot block or kill it completely. Computer performance slows down and I cannot smoothly surf on the Internet. What’s more, now many strange pop ups come from websites, but before with coming of this virus, we don’t have pop-up problems. Computer seems to be messed up. Please help me remove it!

Last night, I used my tablet to find some funny video in a website, then I clicked a link on the page which I though can redirect me to another video. But I realized that after I click the link, there was something downloading on the background on my tablet, and I tried to stop it but I can’t, after it was downloaded, it installed automatically, after that a page from SOCA came out and I was shocked! On the page, it claims that I have broken laws for watching illegal porn or something bad, and it asks me to pay a fine, otherwise I will get into trouble with the police, also, it tells me that I need to pay the fine so that I can unlock my tablet. Is it real? Should I pay the fine as soon as possible? What should I do?

Hey, here. I always get this Exploit:HTML/Axpergle.N alert from my computer. my antivirus is also running and tells me that there are many files and programs being infected with virus!! I thought it should be due to that flash picture yesterday I clicked on. And sometimes, when I go on the web browser, I see many ads popping up and I cannot stop them, which is very annoying! When I was downloading a PDF file from the Internet, I accidentally picked up this W97M.Sillycopy!s1 virus on my HP laptop. Fake FBI Moneypak scam warning virus ([email protected]) demanding to pay 0, 0, 0, 0 or 0 fine thru Moneypak or paypal to unlock the computer or mobile devices like android phone, tablet, iPad or iPhone? My phone was locked by cyber criminals and don’t know how to get rid of it says I gotta pay 0 I saw the illegal porn site in my file because I was curious to see what it was a downloaded it and then my phone got locked by cyber criminals now, I have the galaxy s7 edge and when I hold the power button nothing happens, I don’t know what to do please help me fix this problem. I was looking at 18+ Content on my iPhone then kicked me out of content and blocked me out of safari and it said i was looking at child pornography which i definitely was not. Now it says i 12 hours to pay 500 dollars to +15095960953 with a prepaid itunes gift card or i will be turned to FBI cyber crime. Please help me know if this legit or a scam. I got this FBI cyber bully virus on phone that’s not even connected and now it’s saying that I have to pay a fee of 0 in 3 calendar days is that true I’m scared? My phone was locked out yes I was looking at p***. My computer now is in dangerous condition as it has been attacked with a malicious Trojan horse infection called Trojan.Potao. I tried to remove it by my own but with no luck. My security tool didn’t finish this job for me, it simply quarantined it. Every time I can get the virus warning about it after I turn on my machine. I really need some help on removing this virus. Hello, I get many pop ups from my web browser and cannot get rid of them.  They are all Speed-update.com pop up. I have tried to reset the settings of browser, but it seems no help. I still see pop ups flooding on screen. I just wonder how my antivirus cannot find it out and kill it. Do you have any other effective way to help me get rid of it? I don’t want to be bothered by this pop up.

I got a problem on my machine that I don’t know how to fix. Recently, I have been given a lot of irrelevant pop-ups when I go online. Hello, this is urgent! Can you help me remove Trojan.Autoit.CKU virus from my work computer? I have tried the antivirus, but it didn’t help me anything. The virus always comes back every time when I restart computer after I ran antivirus to kill it. I cannot finish my work on computer now.
