I think my computer is encountering something wrong. When I am browsing I keep getting redirected to random sites, and I notice that my browser homepage has been controlled by a page called Search.funcybertab.com. I didn’t set it by my own I can say. I managed to change it from the browser settings but I failed. Is my computer infected with virus or something bad? How do I stop those pop ups? Any suggestion?

How can I tell if my computer is infected with some sort of bad thing? My anti-virus program doesn’t give me any warning about virus. But every time I go online, I can be taken to a page called Quick4search.com. It is really annoying as it can bring many advertisements to my computer. I can’t find it in the browser settings. Hello, my laptop is infected with Trojan.Kotver!gen3 virus and the virus make computer work slowly now. It’s seemed to dominate the computer background with everything and I’ve tried “uninstalling”, but that hasn’t yielded anything. I downloaded Norton as well. It scanned, but didn’t remove anything “harmful”. It’s still on my laptop. I usually use this computer to work, but since yesterday my daughter used it to play a war game online, I found many popup coming up on the webpage.
