I need help! My computer was affected by PWS:Win32/Zbot.gen!plock virus and it became very slow, the Trojan virus is on my laptop. I can’t even get on the internet because of the virus. Sometimes, it got freezes all of a sudden. My computer seemed to be in a mess. I launched the anti-virus program called Microsoft Security Essentials, but it can’t seem to get rid of the Trojan infection completely. How to delete the Trojan virus from the computer? Is there a software I can use to stop this problem happening again – Permanently. If not, what is the most effective way to deal with the Trojan virus? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My Norton keeps warning me that there is a Trojan called Trojan:Win32/Pirminay.A detected on my computer. I was given this alert every time I turn on my computer. I tried to remove this Trojan by using the Norton, but it seems that the protection tool is not able to get this Trojan removed completely. Do I need another anti-virus program to eradicate it? Yesterday when I was browsing online, Kaspersky found Trojan.Win32.Bromngr.I on my computer, along with other variants called Trojan.Win32.Bromngr.ap and Trojan.Win32.Bromngr.at. Why this Trojan:Win32/Wysotot.gen!A can’t be removed from my computer by my AVG anti-virus program? I tried thousand times to remove it by using different kinds of anti-virus programs, but none of them can eradicate it completely. What is Trojan.Rapidstealer? Why can’t I find it on add/remove programs in control panel? My AVG detects this thing for me.
