My computer was attacked by TR/Patched.Ren.Gen virus after I accidentally clicked a link from a website. It made chaos on my computer. I tried many methods to get it removed, but it did not work at all. I do have installed an anti-virus program in my computer, but it seems it cannot block the virus. Why it cannot remove this Trojan? What kind of virus this ZeuS.Zbot.aoaq belongs to? I don’t think I can find it in the control panel. I try to use my anti-virus program to get it removed, but after the protection tool removes it and requires me to reboot the computer.
