Trojan.AdClicker Uninstall Guide

This Trojan.AdClicker is annoying me a lot. I can’t find an effective way to remove it from my computer as I have tried almost all the ways posted on the web to get it off with no luck. It can always come back after I restart my computer. It can be quarantined by my anti-virus program but just can’t be removed. My computer is a new laptop but recently I see my antivirus tool always pops up to tell me that my computer has a virus called PWS:Win32/Blaknight.A, and I don’t know why the antivirus cannot remove the virus at all, because I have tried to do so many times. Since this new laptop is infected with virus, it cannot run as properly as before. It seems run very slow like a snail. Someone told me that it needs to be removed manually so that it can be eradicated from mu computer, but I’m not a computer savvy and afraid I would do something wrong in system. Fix Cgqqabiyy.exe *32 Problem

I think my computer must be attack by some sort of virus which cannot be detected my anti-virus program. Every time I open task manager, from the process tab, I can find something called cgqqabiyy.exe *32 is running at the backdoor, I can end it, but a few minutes later, it can come back again. It is really hard for me to do something else to deal with this stuff as I don’t have too much computer knowledge. What can I do?
