Hi, my computer is infected with Trojan.Win32.Agent.azsy virus and I cannot do anything to remove this virus. Computer runs very slow and I even cannot run other programs on computer. It’s hard to download and install a new program, because I want to install a new antivirus to remove this virus but cannot. My sister told me this is a stubborn Trojan horse and will destroy computer system, but I’m not a computer savvy. How can I do to deal with this pesky Trojan virus?

Hello, do I now need to install a new advanced antivirus program to remove Win32.Autorun.Bkxptrojan? My antivirus program that has been installed into computer cannot remove this Trojan virus. How can I completely remove Win32.Agent.Asdgbackdoor virus from my window 8.1 computer? Hi, please help me out of this issue. My husband’s computer looks like a little weird. I feel someone takes control his computer sometimes, because I once saw the mouse moved automatically but I cannot stop it. How can I locate this Trojan:win32/gleishug on my computer? My security tool didn’t work well on removing this Trojan virus for me so I have to find it manually on my machine. Just now I run Norton to make a full scanning and find that Trojan:Win64/Sirefef.D is on my computer, and I know it’s a kind of dangerous Trojan virus. But I don’t know how to delete it, because Norton cannot deal with it. Without the help of Norton, I don’t how to start removal. Please help me remove Trojan.Multi.Cerstor.a virus from my computer. My Norton pops up just now to tell me that my computer now is in high risk. I guess this should be due to pop-up from a strange website yesterday when I clicked on something unknown.
