Trojan.Cidox.E!gm Virus Removal

Well, my home computer was hit by the Trojan.Cidox.E!gm virus a few days ago while I was downloading a video file to the system. The Trojan messed up my computer badly, and it brought me lots of troubles. I can’t seem to do anything smoothly on the target computer, what should I do? I can’t find a method to get rid of this Backdoor.Gonymdos from my home computer. I don’t know how to deal with it as I have tried all I can do to remove it.
