Backdoor.Cloworm Virus Removal

I have a virus called Backdoor.Cloworm on my computer that I can’t remove it by myself. Also, my anti-virus program can only quarantine it for me. I don’t know why. I have heard that Trojan virus is able to steal my personal information. Is that true? My computer is slow than before and keeps getting errors during the use. How do I remove this virus so that I can get my machine back to normal? Please help!

Hi, have you ever deal with Trojan.Bayrob!gen7 virus? I have no other way to get it removed completely. My Avast also can’t help me remove it completely. I don’t know why. So when I run antivirus to scan and clean infected files and programs, it says those are cleaned, but after restarting computer, it still says files are infected. Hello, I just got this Malware.MPL.Heur.vb virus reported by my Norton antivirus. But this is just a new laptop, and I don’t do anything harmful to bring this virus. Hey, could you guys help me completely uninstall this Infostealer.Boyapki.D virus from my laptop? My laptop is a new window 8.1. Several days ago, when I browsed on the Firefox, then a message popping up asked me to update video player to continue my movie. I didn’t think it too much but click it run to uninstall. TrojanDownloader:O97M/Daoyap.C is detected by my Avast but cannot be removed completely. This virus malware always comes back again and again, and I don’t know how to remove it manually. Some of my friends said Trojan horse needs to be removed manually, but I am not a computer savvy, how can I do that? Don’t know how to get rid of this Backdoor.Adwind!g1 virus from my computer. I have tried several kinds of security tools to remove it but none of them can help me out.
