Well, my Firefox was hit by this Inetoboz.com redirect accidentally while I was downloading a free program from a web page. Instantly, lots of pop-up ads or messages appeared on my screen, and my Internet search result was typically redirected to unknown web pages. I found that my antivirus failed to delete the browser hijacker from my computer entirely. Why? What can be the most effective way to deal with the redirect infection successfully? I have no clue on this redirect removal, please help!

I was annoyed at getting lots of pop-up ads or messages on the screen when I was searching the web. Indeed, my computer performed abnormally and it suffered from constant freezes particularly while I performed tasks on the compromised system. Is Bing.vc a safe website? It is now on my Chrome. The google search is not there. So I have to use it to search things, but it’s hard to get what I search. It didn’t give the right answer! And when I keep diary on my blog, I always see pops up. I closed it by clicking on X, but soon another one showed on. I don’t how that happens. Can you help me stop it and recover my Chrome?

I need help on removing a page called Search.surfcanyon.com in my Chrome. I can’t find a way to get rid of it from the Internet. Hello, my Firefox seems to be hijacked by this Search.mycouponsxp.com, as every time when I launch Firefox, this page will always show on. But before that happens, the homepage is Google and the search bar is also Google, but now they all disappear! I am 83 years old and don’t know much about computer. I have run my Avast to make a full scan for my computer, but it still cannot find anything suspicious. Recently I always see many pop ups from a site called Search.inkeepr.com. Even worse, it now is the homepage in Firefox. It seems to be stubborn and hard to take it out of my computer, as I have tried to uninstall Firefox, but when I install it again, this stuff ting is still there. Those pop up ads make me crazy, and I cannot finish any online tasks at all. So can you help me solve those pop up ads?
