    It might help to enclose MD5 checksums or such with the names of the files to purge. (Checksums either for false and/or correct versions) In the case of Ping.EXE for instance one might delete/remove a harmless MS executable instead of a hacked one or am I erring?

    But thanks for dealing with this malware prob anyway.

    If you instantly remove it, you will simply need to use the uninstall from the menu, it wont make any random processes or registry keys.

    I have it uninstalled once I realized this thing was a weirdo. However, the name still appears on the search bar, along side Yahoo, Google, AVG, and Wikipedia. Is this okay or am I still under threats?
