Hello, I was just accidentally downloading a file, but this file gave me this TrojanDownloader: Win32/Renos Virus. I have installed Malwarebytes and AVG in my computer, but when I ran Malwarebytes trying to scan and remove this virus, it failed. When Malwarebytes almost got done with its scan, Malwarebytes just stopped responding! This virus seems very stubborn and dangerous. I am definitely not a tech savvy, and I hope you guys could help me completely remove this nasty virus.
