Isearch.claro-search.com is Google redirect virus that hijacks user’s search engine. Once your computer gets infected by such virus, you will be redirected to the adware. But don’t be cheated by its appearance. Isearch.claro-search acts to be legitimate search website but it is just a Adware which is used by advertisers and marketers to gather information about your consumer behavior. Like other types of spyware, Isearch.claro-search.com adware is typically placed on your PC when you install some other legitimate software, piggybacking on the main installation. After it is installed, the Isearch claro search works like spyware, monitoring your various activities and reporting back to the host advertiser or marketing firm. The host firm can then use the collected data in a marketing-related fashion—totally unbeknownst to you, of course. Then your search engine settings have been fully changed by the hackers or browser hijacker. For every time you open a like and search for something you want, the search results have been redirected to Isearch.claro-search.com instead of what the sites you originally want to get to. The purpose of the fake domain is to steal your private information while you input something on its malicious site, actually it is another kind of keylogger which can record your input. Removing ping.exe from Windows? Really? It’s from Microsoft. For TCP/IP Ping Command.

I got an ersion of that just now that I was able to remove by going to Programs and Features, and that removed it. Of course, the makers of this malware will change that one.

In other words, depending on what version of Claro you have, you may be able to remove it by going into Programs and Features. There are three items related to Claro you will need to uninstall, and then, if using Chrome, you will have to go into your Extensions and remove some Claro related items as well.
