I just got this W32/Sality.gen.zSurfSideKick after downloading a program from a third party website. Now it won’t go away. I can’t find anything relate to this Trojan. I don’t know what to do now. How can I get rid of this Trojan completely and permanently? I don’t know too much about computer. Please help.
