My computer has been locked by a US Government Firewall Virus. It prevents me from using my computer again. It says that I have broken laws of US Government. When I clicked my profile to sign in then the locking page showed up and would not let me go any further. It requires me to pay the forfeit in next 72 hours, otherwise I will get involved in law suits. But I don’t think I have done any things that violated the laws of America. So I searched something in the internet. And some people said it’s a scam. Do I need to believe it and pay the fine so that I can be free again? Will I be jailed if I don’t do what it required on the locking page? How can I get rid of this thing?
