Remove Trojan.Ranscrypt.Z!gm

I need help on removing a virus from my computer. My security tool detected this Trojan.Ranscrypt.Z!gm for me last night, but it can’t remove this virus for me. I don’t know what to do as I don’t have proper computer knowledge. Is there a way that I can use to get rid of this computer virus completely?
