I am confronted with a problem in removing Java/Exploit.Blacole.AN from my computer. AVG detected it and said it was a Trojan but could not remove it successfully. I also download several other programs that seem able to kill the virus to delete it. But none worked. It kept coming up after I restart my PC or message popping up saying it cannot be found or has been removed while it is not. How can I remove it? My PC has been working strangely since I got it. How can I remove it entirely?
