How to Remove WIN32:Crypt-DAG

Is it possible to get this WIN32:Crypt-DAG virus removed in a short time? I have been suffered by it for a long time on my computer. I definitely can tell that my security tool has already quarantine it for me, but what make me feel nervous is that this Trojan cannot be removed by the anti-virus program.
