How to Remove Not-a-virus:Adware.Win32.Bromngr.k Trojan Virus Infection

Kaspersky has detected not-a-virus:Adware.Win32.Bromngr.k in Browser Defender.exe file. I wanted to delete it but I can’t because I can’t stop the Browser Defender service.
