I can’t access my laptop now. When I was watching a video on YouTube, a message popped up occupying the full screen and telling me that I have done something illegally, and it claimed that it was from Department of Justice and asked me to pay 0 as the fine. I searched it online and the great majority websites told me that it was just a scam. But I don’t know how to remove it from my laptop.

Step 1: Try to plug out the internet cable then restart your computer normally. After you can see the desktop, plug in the cable again. If the virus doesn’t pop up, you can continue from step 3. (If it’s wireless connection, turn off/on instead of plugging in/out cable)
