TR/Trash.gen Virus removal

What should I do as my computer is attacked by this TR/Trash.gen? It can be extremely complicated for me to remove it by my own as I don’t have too much computer knowledge. I can feel my computer is slower and slower than before. Is there a way that I can check and remove this by myself? I have tried some kinds of anti-virus programs but with no luck. Any advice?
