Trojan:Win32/Anaki.A Manual Removal

What should I do? My computer has been infected by a virus called Trojan:Win32/Anaki.A. I don’t what it is. Can it be a dangerous thing? Sorry, I’m not a computer savvy. This virus is reported by my anti-virus program which was installed by a computer guy. But it seems that the protection tool can get this thing off from my computer.
