Trojan.Cryptolocker.W!gm Removal

I need help on removing a dangerous virus from my computer. It is called Trojan.Cryptolocker.W!gm. I have tried different ways to get it removed but none of the methods can work. I have an anti-virus program installed on my system as well. My tool didn’t remove it for me, it only quarantines the virus. I don’t know what to do now. Can someone help me get it removed?
