Remove Win32/Toolbar.Perion.H Virus

Please help me! Win32/Toolbar.Perion.H virus attacks my computer and my antivirus program tells me there are many infected files in system. I thought I should click on something wrong yesterday. Yesterday afternoon, I surfed on the Internet, but suddenly there was a notification about winning prize popping up. It was attractive and then I clicked on the message to see how that happened. However, after I clicked, I saw something quickly flashes and disappeared, which looks like there is something downloading.
