Help please! Yesterday my kids were playing a game on my computer and then something popped up to ask them to install, then they really do is as it instructed. And today when start up my computer and then antivirus pops up a warning alert telling my computer is infected with Win32/Nuqel.E virus. What can I do? Now I feel I cannot smoothly use Internet Explorer and computer seems run a bit slower. And I wonder if the antivirus loses ability to provide any virus protection, because antivirus cannot deal with this virus.
