Remove W32/Mytob-EW worm

Hey, I need help to remove this W32/Mytob-EW worm which now infects many of system files. My antivirus just pops up and tells me this result. And I also have run the antivirus program to deal with it but after reboot the computer, antivirus still says this worm infects many files. Computer is at high risk now. Without the help of antivirus, I don’t know to remove this worm completely. Can you please help me now?
