How can I remove this Trojan:Win32/Crilock.A virus from my new laptop with windows 8.1? I have installed a new antivirus for my new laptop, but antivirus just can detect it but cannot eradicate it. Some said this virus needs to be removed manually. But I don’t know where and how to look for the suspicious files in system. So I have to ask for help online. Can you now help me remove this virus?
