Remove Antivirus Defender 2015

Hey, could you please help me solve this pop-up computer alert? I’m not sure if my compute is compromised with some threats, but this system defender always asks me to install this Antivirus Defender 2015 to remove all threats. It claimed this antivirus software is genuine antivirus program. But even though after I click to install it, it still pops up and reports me computer is at risk!! That is fake antivirus which has messed up the system a lot. Please help me uninstall it now.
