Hello, my laptop is infected with Trojan.Kotver!gen3 virus and the virus make computer work slowly now. It’s seemed to dominate the computer background with everything and I’ve tried “uninstalling”, but that hasn’t yielded anything. I downloaded Norton as well. It scanned, but didn’t remove anything “harmful”. It’s still on my laptop. My friend suggests me trying manual removal, but I’m not necessarily the most computer-literate person, so I’m wondering if there’s an easy way to get rid of this crap.
