Hey, I encountered a big problem. Several days ago, I clicked on a spam email link, then I have virus on computer. Norton reports that Trojan.Fraudrop virus has invaded into system, and many files, programs and folders are affected with this Trojan infection. I have tried many times to let Norton deal with it, but every time when I restart computer to take effect, Norton still says it is there.
