My computer was attacked by TR/Patched.Ren.Gen virus after I accidentally clicked a link from a website. It made chaos on my computer. I tried many methods to get it removed, but it did not work at all. I do have installed an anti-virus program in my computer, but it seems it cannot block the virus. Why it cannot remove this Trojan? And I don’t have any idea how and when this nasty thing came to my computer. Now I’m frustrated about this thing. How can I totally get rid of this TR/Patched.Ren.Gen? I need help urgently now.
