How to Remove Trojan:SWF/Redirector.EQ

Can somebody help me out of this Trojan:SWF/Redirector.EQ? I have tried many times by using my anti-virus program to remove it. But my work came to nothing. It always comes back after I restart my computer. Every time, the scan of the security tool shows me that my computer has been infected by this Trojan.
