Hey, I am hoping you could help me remove this W97M.Downloader.E found by Norton. Norton cannot do anything to it. Computer has become slower and slower. I enter registry but don’t how which one is the virus file. I dare not clear the file even though I thought it is suspicious. The webpage is stuck often. There are more other problems in system.
