Hello, recently many computer problems happen on my computer. So yesterday I installed a new antivirus to make a full scan for computer, and then I know that my computer now is infected with a virus called Trojan.Ransomlock.AS. You know I find some strange files displaying on desktop and when I delete them, it said it can’t be deleted as the file’s location is missing. by the way, my Word and Excel can be opened!
