Help! There is a severe problem on my desktop computer. I have a Trojan virus called Trojan.Cryptolock!g13 on my system and I don’t have the ability to remove it by my own. The former way that I used to remove other virus doesn’t work in this case. Why can’t my anti-virus program remove it for me?
