Hello, I am nervous now as my laptop just now popped up virus thing. Norton tells me Backdoor: Win32/Kirts.A infects many files and programs on computer. I asked my friends to help me clean it but they also didn’t know how to get started and where is this virus located. I am wondering if other antivirus can help me fix it if I install new advanced antivirus program. And is this a really backdoor virus? I’m so worried about the operating system if this virus can eat up system and totally destroy system. Please help me check if there are other malware that have been on my computer and remove all those viruses completely.
