Hey, recently my laptop works slowly and I suspect that it’s hacked by a malware, so I run Norton to make a full scan for laptop. Norton says a threat Trojan.win32generic corrupts many files and programs. I know that is a Trojan virus. I guess this virus should be from a website that claims itself a legitimate HP printer online service. Several days ago I accidentally open that webpage, and then my laptop starts to run improperly.
